Filter and Sort Openings

Introduction

Introduction

The ConVoid Manager offers various methods to filter and sort openings based on different criteria. This feature enables you to filter specific openings that require coordination. All provided filters can be combined.

Status Filter

Status Filter

To display openings based on their specific statuses in the table, simply enable or disable the relevant status checkboxes. Note that an opening can have two distinct statuses - the drawing status and the approval status.

A way to identify openings that have not been cut with the host elements is to enable the 'Uncut Voids' filter. This filter will display only the openings that still need to be cut.

Fields

Fields

The 'Fields' feature, similar to Revit schedules, allows you to show or hide specific columns and filter and sort openings based on different criteria. One significant advantage of this feature is the ability to filter and sort openings based on their creation date.
