ConVoid Manager Overview
Introduction
With the ConVoid Manager, you can get a comprehensive overview of the current status of the openings. Easily review, approve, comment on, and share your results with other project participants using BCF or Synchronization. To get started, click on [Manage Void] in the [conclass] Ribbon tab.

Coordination and Approval
The features below are used to coordinate, approve and review openings.
Approved
Set the Opening Status to Approved
Rejected
Set the Opening Status to Rejected
Pending
Set the Opening Status to Pending
Reset
Reset the Approval Status
Chat
Comment openings.
Discipline
Display the status of a selected discipline.
Colorfilter
Add a color filter to your active view to color the openings in their status color.
Colorboxes
Display an opening status in a different color.
Snapshot
Create a snapshot for an opening.
Profile
Change your profile settings.
Filter Openings
The features below are used to filter the openings based on their properties.
Show All
Reset all filters to display all openings.
Selection
Display all selected openings.
Active View
Display all openings visible in the active view.
Uncut Voids
Display all uncut openings.
Search
Search openings based on a parameter value.
Fields
Manage the visibilty of the fields and filter and sort the rows.
Status Checkboxes
Display the openings based on their status.
Cut and Clash Openings
The events below can be used to cut openings with host elements or to run a clash detection.
Cut
Cut openings with their Host Elements.
Uncut
Uncut openings with their Host Elements.
Clash Detection
Run a clash detection between selected openings.
Clash Zone
Activate a clash zone to check the distance between the openings.
Exchange
The features below allows you to exchange your results.
Excel Export
Export the active table as an Excel file.
CSV Export
Export the active table as a CSV file.
BCF Export
Export a BCF file based on the selected openings.
BCF Import
Import a BCF file to import the approval status.
Synchronize Approval
Synchronize Approval Status between models.

Configure your exchange settings for BCF.
