Manually Placed Openings

 

Introduction

In this session, you will learn everything about manually placed openings. When you place an opening manually or copy an existing one, ConVoid automatically sets the drawing status to 'Manually'. There are no limitations when placing openings manually, which is particularly done when the Reference Element is not yet available as a 3-D element for automatic creation or adaptation.

If, at a later stage, a Reference Element penetrates the manually placed opening and you run the automatic creation or adaptation process, ConVoid will automatically connect the manually placed openings with the Reference Element. In this situation, ConVoid will update the opening's size and location to accommodate any changes in the Reference Element.
