To get started, follow these steps:

  1. Start the Plan Check tool.

  2. Navigate to the bottom-left corner where the green and yellow highlighted openings are located. Select the openings that need to be visible in your current view. Green highlighted openings should be visible in the current 2-D View, while yellow highlighted openings should not be visible in the current 2-D View.

  3. Select the levels that represent the bottom and top surfaces of the slabs. If the desired levels are not available, you can use a different level and include an offset as an alternative.

  4. Enable or disable the checkboxes according to whether you want to perform a visibility check, tag check, or both.

  5. Click [Run Check] to initiate the process.

  6. The table will highlight any openings in yellow that did not pass the check.

  7. If an opening is not visible or should not be visible in the current view, the most common solution is to adjust the Base and Top Level based on the levels chosen in the dropdown menu next to the offset. You can modify the levels of an opening by selecting a new level from the dropdown menu or by using the 'Level/Elevation' feature.

  8. Once all conditions are met, the corresponding row will turn green, indicating success.

  9. If the opening is not tagged, you can double-click on a row to navigate automatically to the opening, where you can tag it manually or use the Smart Tag feature.
